Return and Refund Policy
You may return unworn and unopened products within 14 days of receipt. After this period, returns or refunds are no longer possible.
Conditions for a Return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

The return must be made in the original packaging.

A refund cannot be issued if:

the product is damaged,

parts are missing (unless this was our fault), or

the original packaging is not included.

To process your return, we require proof of purchase or a receipt. In certain cases (e.g. damaged items), we reserve the right to request photos or videos of the product as evidence.
Return Procedure:
Please contact us before sending your return at info@ekopel2k.com and include your order number. Returns will only be accepted and processed after our confirmation.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received, you will be notified via email. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few days to your original method of payment (e.g. credit card or PayPal account).
Packaging Note:
Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit due to improper packaging.

Return Labels:
Upon request, we can provide a return shipping label for a fee of €15.
Alternatively, you may return the product at your own expense using a shipping carrier of your choice to the appropriate address above.
